Ram Viswanathan
Founder, CEO
Ram Viswanathan, a technologist, and a serial entrepreneur, founded and has led Nathan Research Inc. and its portfolio of businesses, since inception. Prior to that, he has held leadership roles, at Ernst & Young, i2 Technologies and Anheuser Busch. Ram has a deep understanding of Supply Chain, logistics, Analytics and Enterprise software. A recognized expert and author on Retail trends and standards, he works closely with industry organizations and is a frequent speaker at conferences. As an innovator and visionary, he strives to bring cutting edge software, AI research and industry knowledge to automate complex supply chain processes, augment buy/sell experiences and analyze data for intelligence . The flagship platform ReMAP facilitates a network of consumers, SMBs and Fortune 50 enterprises including several large Home Improvement Retailers and Manufacturer Suppliers. Solutions have consistently delivered topline growth and bottomline benefits. Also as President, Board and Charter Member of TiE Dallas, he is actively engaged in identifying, nurturing, mentoring, coaching, funding and growing businesses in the startup ecosystem, working with other serial entrepreneurs and leaders locally and globally. Ram has a M.S in Computer Science and a B.S in EE from IIT, Roorkee, India.
Aditya Viswanathan
Director, Technology
Aditya is the Technology Evangelist for Nathan Research and provides advice and direction to the company on software and technology trends. Aditya also provides insights into the engineering, product roadmap and development lifecycle of ReMAP. Aditya is a key influencer in the implementation of several solutions including ReMAP Visualizer that enables a remodeler to allow customers to visualize the end product before it is installed. He is a graduate of Stanford University with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and a minor in Philosophy.
Arun Jayaprakash
Advisor
Arun with his background of over 15 years as a Product Manager and Solution Delivery Manager advices the team on various aspects of the product portfolio and customer adoption. Earlier, Arun was instrumental in ensuring the delivery of the ReMAP solution to customers. Arun holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration.
Seshathri Srinivasan Ramalingam
Director, Engineering and Architecture
Seshathri has over a decade of experience in Development Leadership. Seshathri works closely with the Development and Customer Success teams. Seshathri, an ardent technologist, pushes his team to adopt the newest technologies to ensure that the users of ReMAP get the best experience in using the system. Seshathri holds a degree in Master of Computer Applications.
Venkatesh Polamarasetti
Director of Solutions
Venkatesh is responsible for all development activities, defining roadmaps, managing releases working with Development teams and assisting with delivering solutions to customers. He leads a dedicated team of developers and engineers across locations.
Vetrivel Subramani
Director of Customer Success
Vetri is responsible for Customer Success and Support including development and infrastructure related to these functions, Data Architecture and Analytics, working with Development teams. He leads a dedicated team of developers and engineers across locations.
Nithya Sarraju

Nithya , is responsible for working with Development teams and delivering solutions to customers.
